I did everything society wanted me to do, and was now working 40-50 hours per week, grossing over $60,000 per year, and netting a cool $4,000 monthly.

An Intro to taking Step 1

In the first 18 months of my new found passion and career, I acquired 10 cash flowing rental units across a variety of Single Family and Multi-family properties. Today, 6 years after my 1st unit, I own 225 cash flowing units across single family, multi-family, residential assisted living, mobile home park, RV park, and new construction, with many more in the pipeline. 

It wasn't easy, but through:
